Formula differences

The original option has a thin consistency for lining, general shading, packing, and greywash preparation. It is the broadest choice in the box when a session involves several techniques.

Triple carries more pigment and has a slightly heavier body. Its intended uses include shading, solid placement, and deeper wash values.

Union keeps a thin consistency but produces a cooler tone with a slightly matte character. It is REACH compliant and covers lining, fills, gradients, and dilution-based work.

Ganga is slightly thicker than Union and was developed for portrait and black-and-grey realism. It suits controlled outlines, layered shadows, and custom tonal scales.

00 Mixing Solution contains no dark pigment. Add it in measured amounts when preparing lighter washes or adjusting flow in the cap.

Greywash and tonal control

Each base produces a different starting point for dilution. The original formula suits a general value scale, Triple begins with greater depth, Union provides a cooler direction, and Ganga is oriented toward realism and portrait work.

Prepare a short progression with pale, middle, and deep values or add more caps for smaller tonal changes. Record the amount used in each mixture when the same sequence may be needed again.
