Shipping & Delivery Policy — COZ Tattoo Supplies

Order Processing & Confirmation

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order confirmation email is received (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and full details. When your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. You’ll also be notified via email when your order is delivered.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via Canada Post and UPS.
For orders that qualify for free shipping, the shipping method and carrier are selected at the discretion of our shipping department to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery based on your location and order size.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APOs, FPOs, or DPOs due to carrier restrictions.

Same-Day Delivery (Toronto Only

Place your order before 4:00 PM and receive it the same day!
Available only within Toronto. Fast, reliable, and handled by a local driver.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 CAD
  • Paid shipping options available at checkout
  • Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days (Mon–Fri)

United States

  • Free Shipping on orders over $150 CAD (~$110 USD)
  • Paid shipping options available for faster delivery
  • Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days (Mon–Fri)

International

  • No free shipping outside Canada and the U.S.
  • International customers can select a preferred shipping method at checkout
  • Orders ship within 2 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days depending on destination and carrier

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery, express shipping options are available at checkout. Rates and estimated delivery times will be shown based on your shipping address.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly
  • Check around your property and mailbox area
  • Ask neighbors or building staff
  • Contact the carrier (UPS or Canada Post) with your tracking number to start a claim

If your shipment is officially declared lost, contact us with your order number. We’ll either reship your items or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that was damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
