SKB is a light cerulean positioned above navy and standard primary tones in value. It suits open skies, water, pale contrast, and small cool accents.

Made in the USA by Dynamic Color, this pigment comes in two bottle sizes: 1 or 4 fl oz (30 or 120 ml). The manufacturer uses transparent PET bottles with branded anti-counterfeiting coating, which keeps the contents visible during setup.

Color and mixing

Use it alone for atmospheric areas or pair it with Blue BD1 to build a deeper ocean range. White WD1 moves the mixture toward pastel values.
