Dynamic Orange OD5 Tattoo Ink

OD5 is a saturated tangerine pigment for flames, sunsets, floral subjects, and graphic accents. Its warm value creates a clear break beside cooler blues or turquoise without shifting toward brown.

Made in the USA by Dynamic Color, this pre-dispersed formula is vegan and never tested on animals. The manufacturer has produced tattoo inks since 1990.

Color and mixing

Use the original tone on its own or pair it with Fire Red to build a deeper transition. Yellow pushes the mixture toward gold, while white creates peach and pastel variations.

Brown reduces saturation for earthier palettes. Prepare small ratios and record them when the same batch may be needed again.

Application

The formula suits solid packing, layered fades, compact shading, fine outlines, and decorative marks. Flame motifs, flowers, autumn leaves, and Japanese-inspired elements are practical uses for its high-chroma value.

The shade can connect red and yellow areas or place a bright focal accent inside a muted composition.

Compatibility and use
