This dark botanical pigment suits foliage, forest scenes, reptile markings, and shaded background areas. It sits lower in value than Leaf Green LFG, giving lighter passages a firmer base.

Made in the USA by Dynamic Color, it comes in a clear PET bottle with an anti-counterfeiting coating and stamped heat seal. It is vegan and never tested on animals.

Color and mixing

Use it alone for deep foliage or add yellow for grass tones. Blue brings the mix toward evergreen; brown shifts it toward olive; black adds a deeper value.

Brown BRN is useful for earthy variations. Start with small amounts and record the ratio when the same mixture needs to be prepared again.

Application

GD1 suits solid fills, fades, outlines, and compact details. Leaves, tree forms, reptiles, and classic motifs are natural placements.
