RD4 is a wine-toned pigment positioned between vivid crimson and near-black shadows. It adds weight to roses, fabric folds, lips, and ornamental compositions without drifting toward brown.

Color and mixing

Use the original shade for solid placement or pair it with Fire Red to create warmer mid-values. Magenta moves the result toward berry tones, while a measured touch of black builds deeper contrast.
